We are currently experiencing an exciting transformation as we move into the US market after recently receiving US Food and Drug Administration approval.
About the role
This role will be responsible for expanding, developing and managing Cyclomedica Technegas® Sales within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies and plans
- Increase client base through attending networking events, researching prospects, cold-calling potential customers and follow up on leads
- Manage, build and retain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Write business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams
- Negotiate, draft and review contracts
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Report on successes and areas needing improvements
- Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required. Nuclear medicine qualification will be highly regarded.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales, marketing or a senior level customer service role in the nuclear medicine industry
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- High-level communication and negotiation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify growth opportunities
- Advanced time management and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working to and exceeding objectives
